저는 이클립스 기반의 SoftConsole이란 프로그램을 쓰고 있는데, 하이라이트 기능이 제공 되더 군요.

Preferences - C/C++ -Editor - Mark Occurrences
에서 Mark occurrences of the selecte elements in the current file
을 첵크하면 됩니다.
